SIL Lab 

  • To trace composition and raw materials, SIL Lab is the solution to manage your chemical analyses.


    This application is used bycentral chemical laboratory of glassmakers, as well as by the glass laboratory of every plant.

    Thanks to SIL Lab, you can:

    for the central lab
     record the analyses made on composition and raw materials

     watch the results on curves or grids

     follow the analyses performed in real time

     ensure traceability of composition steps (follow of changes and costs)

     edit certificates of analyses, automatically combined with biometric signature

    for the plant lab
     see the analyses made in the central lab of the group 

     take out daily controls on articles (density, refining, homogeneity , hydrolitic resistance).

What's new ?


SIL Lab was created by Vertech' for glassmakers in 2004. Many evolutions have been added to this application recently, such as the analysis of raw materials.

Thanks to this application, the use of paper in the laboratories has been considerably reduced, added to the following benefits for our Clients:

 securisation of data

 total traceability of chemical analyses, thanks to recording in data base

 a better information inside the group, thanks to data centralization

 

Intra VERTECH'


  • You already know our american Vertech' office in Indiana, we wish to talk about our Italian Vertech' office.

    Italian glassmakers have been equipped by Vertech' since 1996. The Italian office was opened byLudovic Dugenest in 2002 to follow up Italian customers and be more reactive to  their numerous demands for new functionalities.

    Andrea Borgno joined Vertech' Italian team in 2004 and then Fabio Castro in 2008.
