SILMOLD 

  • SILMold is an application designed for Mold Shop.  This application is fruit of joint efforts of Vertech' experts and glass container manufacturing professionals.

    SILMold allows keeping track of the mold utilization in the production and the maintenance intervention made on them. This allows making estimation for future production with them. SILMold works in conjunction with SILC and SILQual, which keep record in a database of every mold change made at the hot end and capacity measurement done in the quality control laboratory.

    SILMold  makes production changes easier by associating mold series to the articles to be produced.

    Thanks to SILMold, mold shop managers know each mold in a mold set with its defects, rotation, number of gob cuts, and actual production capacity of the mold. Future investment in mold set can be optimized by using all these information present in the SILMold application .

TECHNO

  • We have just integrated the ISIS machine from Emhart into the SIL.

    This laboratory machine makes dimensional controls.

    It has the same communication means as Prolaser Plus which can also be connected to the SIL system.

What's new ?


Our 14th financial year has just ended.
In a particularly difficult economical context, your requests have often concerned the improvement of the organization in your plants.

Your continuous improvement research in order to produce more efficiently, improve your procedures and reduce paper work naturally leads us to make the SIL system evolve constantly.
We try to be an efficient and inventive partner beyond your expectations.

This had for consequence a steady turnover  and a positive result for Vertech' thanks to a permanent effort to master our costs.

Over the past year, eight new plants put their trust in Vertech' SIL system, with particularly a first SIL installation in Cameroon, in Socaver, a beer bottles manufacturer.

 

We had the pleasure to meet you on our booth on the 4 Glass exhibitions:
Glasstec in Düsseldorf, Glassman in Lyon, China Glass in Shanghaï and Mir Stekla in Moscow.

 

Intra VERTECH'





  • Sylvain Marchand  joined Vertech' team 12 years ago. He started developing real time interfaces with old generation of MNRs of MSC and Powers.
    He has been in charge of the database architecture for 5 years.

    For the last 2 years, Sylvain has been SILC team manager and is in charge of all softwares included in SILC. This represents 1.5 millions code lines.
